Dental Health Assessment

Your first dental visit promises to be a pleasant experience.

During your Dental Health Assessment you will receive a personal consultation with Dr. Sweeney or Dr. Cohen where you will discuss any concerns you may have and review your New You Preview photos if applicable. Before you arrive, consider making a list of any concerns you have or oral problems you've been experiencing, so you won’t forget anything at the time of your appointment.

You will then receive a complete dental exam, gum disease and oral cancer screening, a bite analysis, color evaluation and jaw joint exam.  X-rays will be taken to find cavities between your teeth, tartar on your roots, worn out fillings, receding bone levels caused by periodontal disease and other conditions we can not find with a clinical exam alone.

Following your exam, you will be presented with treatment options for you to consider based on your individual needs.
